This will contain all pertinent information regarding the type of ensemble, exact time and duration of performance and the fee. The IBEX Company reserves the date and time for your event when we have received the signed performance agreement, along with a 50% deposit on the balance. "]

Booking an artist often requires that he/or she turn down other opportunities for work. For this reason, The IBEX Company requires a deposit in advance of any event, to confirm its legitimacy and to ensure the seriousness of the inquiry."]
Text[2]=["Is the deposit refundable?","The deposit is fully refundable until 90 days in advance of the event. It becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the event date and is partially refundable between 90 and 30 days out, according to a schedule indicated on your Performance Agreement. In the event of a cancellation due to a hurricane, a special storm policy goes into effect, and is outlined on the performance agreement."]

When we book Bella Musica, who will perform at our event?","Bella Musica ensembles consist of the finest musicians in the Tampa Bay Area. Many other music vendors in this business market themselves as a set group or specific individual, but are forced to subcontract work out to others when one or more players in the regular group is unavailable. Here are the facts you should know: All music and event vendors subcontract work out to other musicians if one or more of the regular players becomes unavailable. Many choose not to inform their clients of this possibility, choosing instead to mislead them and/or create last-minute excuses as to why they are personally unable to be there. After seeing this part of the business from the subcontracted musician's standpoint, we vowed that IBEX would function differently. Instead of misleading our clients into believing they are hiring a specific goup by showing pictures on our website of past groups we have put together, we handpick a pool of musicians from the area's finest orchestras and freelance groups and assemble world-class ensembles that are guaranteed to please. Our core management and artist team forms the backbone of almost all Bellamusica ensembles. Our contacts are so extensive that we have performed with many of Florida's finest artists, and are experts at augmenting this core to create world-class ensembles that perform as if they have played together for a decade or more (and in many cases they have). The vast majority of our smaller ensembles are put together completely or nearly completely in-house. When necessary, we augment with members of the Florida Orchestra, The Orlando Symphony, and the Florida West Coast Symphony, to name a few. This level of integrity is just the tip of what you can expect from our company. We're different and we'll prove it."]

Text[5]=["How do we arrive at appropriate music selections for our event?","Your event is unique, and no two client's needs are identical. Ultimately, it is up to each client to provide us with a general idea of the feel and goals for the event. The IBEX Company is then happy to operate as a consultant to assist in choosing the right performing ensemble and specific music to suit your artistic vision for what it is you want to achieve. We are the only company in the Tampa Bay Area to offer this consultation in person, anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area at no extra charge!"]
Text[6]=["When will performers arrive at the event?","As a courtesy to our clients, all Bellamusica performers are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled contracted start time of the musical performance in case of any last minute changes or additions to your event. In situations where larger set-up times are required, we may request earlier arrival times. Except in very rare instances agreed upon upfront, you are only billed for the actual contracted performance time. From musical sound to dress and appearance, our performers are consummate professionals, representing themselves in a manner befitting your special event."]
Text[7]=["What will I need to provide for the artists?","Bella Musica artists are virtually self-sufficient. That said, most ensembles will require armless chairs equal in number to the number of performers hired. We will work with you to verify that enough physical space is present for the number of performers hired, and their equipment/instruments. For indoor performances in dimly-lit rooms or outdoor spaces after dusk, we will require a single working power outlet for music stand lights. As Florida weather can be unpredictable, adequate shade and shelter from rain options are discussed at time of booking."]
Text[8]=["Will we need a microphone or any amplification?","Amplification depends largely upon the ensemble chosen and the specific room layout. (Outdoor locations or large rooms are more likely to require amplification than smaller rooms.) String Quartets and Trios prefer to perform without amplification, due to the nature of the way the sound is changed through a microphone. We have performed in virtually every wedding and event venue in the Greater Tampa Area. We will be happy to make suggestions based on our knowledge of a particular room or location. In situations where amplification is deemed necessary, but not a normal requirement for the chosen ensemble, we are happy to provide our own equipment for a modest fee. (No additional fee applies to any ensemble utilizing electric instruments, as these need to be amplified by default).
Amplification of the ceremony officiant is an easily overlooked detail. IBEX can provide microphones (wireless or wired) and a PA system for speakers at your event. Please inquire for more details!"]
Text[9]=["What if I change my music selections?","Music requests can be changed at virtually any time. We prefer at least a week's notice on any major substitutions of musical selections, but can work with less time, particularly if it is part of our music library. If we don't currently utilize a particular piece, we can often arrange it for your event, especially with sufficient notice."]

We are proud to offer emcee services, PA System Rental and Operation, Digital Projector and Event Technology rental, operation and troubleshooting. It operates much like an electric guitar, but has almost limitless expression, due to the fact that it is played with a bow and not picked like a guitar. Some may have more extensive experience and developed skills, allowing them to create consistently superlative work par excellence. Our diverse backgrounds in music, film, radio, television, fashion, and technology enable us to respond to a wide array of needs and desires regarding any event. In addition to providing you with world class performances by musicians trained at the nation's most prestigious conservatories and institutions (including Julliard, Oberlin, Curtis, NYU, and Indiana), we will consult with you extensively on many of the issues you will face in planning for an important event. Text[13]=["How long will the ensemble perform prior to the start of the ceremony?"," For most wedding ceremonies, it is traditional to provide 30 minutes of prelude music. An exception to this might exist for outdoor weddings during the warmer months (May-October). Under these circumstances, Bellamusica ensembles often provide 15 minutes of prelude music to accommodate for later seating and comfort of guests. This set-up can often facilitate the performance of extra postlude music directly after the ceremony or accommodate the needs of a longer-than-average ceremony."]
Text[14]=["How do I know just how long to engage a group for my Wedding Ceremony?","Normally a wedding ceremony results in exactly one hour of engagement time for musicians. This takes into account 30 minutes of prelude and 30 minutes of ceremony time. It can also allow 15 minutes of prelude and a longer ceremony time of needed. We ask that you consult with us prior to booking, if possible, should you have reason to believe your planned ceremony will be longer than 30 minutes, in order for us to assist you in minimizing your costs."]

Text[17]=["Will you accompany singers or other instrumentalists?","Yes! We appreciate receiving the sheet music to be used (in the correct key) at least one week in advance. Normally, if a rehearsal is desired, it can be set up during the 30 minutes prior to the start of prelude or performance free of charge. In situations where additional rehearsal time (more than 30 minutes) is required on the day of an event, we can accommodate this for an additional fee of $25 per half hour per Bella Musica musician. On very rare occasions, where a rehearsal must occur on a different day than the event/performance date, musicians can be made available at a rate of $75 per hour (including travel time)"]

Bella Musica offers an exclusive initial in-person consultation anywhere in Tampa, St. Petersburg or Clearwater, in addition to extensive phone and e-mail planning. Our vast experience with performing at weddings makes us very comfortable discussing our role in your wedding without attending the rehearsal. The difference comes down to three main factors: Performance Experience, Client Service and Communication. Generally speaking, all music vendors are in the same basic range of prices. Some are better equipped than others to tailor the musical program to your exact specifications, often purchasing or arranging special music to suit the taste of an individual client, without passing on those added costs. With IBEX and Bella Musica the rate you are quoted is the rate you pay, with very few exceptions. We are pleased to broaden our musical horizons and the scope of our music library while accomodating your musical requests to the greatest extent possible. Try asking a lower-priced group to play a custom arrangement of you favorite 70's tune, or coordinate a song accompaniment with a singer upon your request and watch how the price suddenly begins to become 'adjusted.'
